Would love to have a machine what we can set up to auto drill tunnels for us. Functionality can be similar then the old underground mining machine. We provide carts in it, so we can control how far it dig with a reasonable speed like 1 block distance every 3-5 second.
Tire 2 research (2 wide, 2 tall tunnel)
Tire 3 research (4 wide, 4 tall tunnel)
Or just 1 category as 4x4 and next tire research increase its speed.
Explosives are nice, nice, but takes long to build hundreds of them and also takes way too much time to use them 1 by 1 every 4-5 blocks. Digging 1 Km long tunnel takes a lot of time what we can spend on other stuffs and actually enjoy the game instead of throwing explosive, then swap to detonator, then click to detonate, then swap back to explosive and repeat over and over in a automation focused game.
