So basically i have about 90 to 100 or even 200 ping on p2p servers when playing with a friend, when joining normal servers the ping is normal again, what do i do pls help.

get better internet. Sounds like Steam cannot find a better route between you and your friend, so its likely all your game traffic goes through some Steam servers which adds latency

or set this setting under Steam / Settings / In-Game / Steam Networking to friends only
