#Need some help porting an SFM Model to Garry's Mod

So I'm working on porting a model from SFM to Gmod for a friend of mine, but I've been having some issues with porting it through Crowbar. The QC and SMDs and physics file work great! and it even shows up as a proper skeleton in the model viewer, but upon spawning the model ingame, it doesn't function at all. Specifically all of the bones implode and are frozen in the sky. Despite adjusting and checking everything in blender, nothing seems to be working.

Textures appear fine, the preview shows the model as it should be, even the face posing and pose testing in model viewer work fine, and shows the bodygroups. But its just when its loaded, it doesn't seem to be working.

Though keep in mind I've been following a tutorial from 2017, so maybe its kinda... Outdated lol.

But any tips or help would be appreciated!
