i managed to last time to do the model perfectly fine so i tried again with a different character/model and now nothing i do is working

im stuck around 5:30 in the video so not really sure what im doing wrong im following the video exactly how i should be like i said before two i managed to do it perfectly fine with a diffrent avatar/model so not really sure whats the problem now
i search up videos how to fix the bone heating weight error and any video i watched before just isnt working now theres also another video on how to do it but video skipped a few things and wasnt clear on some stuff and was alot longer so not really sure what to do now
