the right side of the workshop where you can select suff like weapons, tools, npc's, entitys, models is quite literaly not there i open it and see it for a split second but it goes away

on the Steam Workshop website? Or inside the game? If it's the website, that's an issue on your end or Steam's, so contact Steam Support. If you mean in-game somewhere, please be more specific, because I don't know of any such settings on the right side.
