I can't hear the players.
Yesterday, I had a major problem: I couldn't hear the players talking. It's not just in DarkRP, it's throughout the entire game. I can hear the general sounds perfectly (props, sound effects, gunfire, etc.), but I can't hear the players. I see the small thumbnails in the bottom right corner that show the people speaking, but they remain black. If anyone has a solution to fix this problem, I'd be very grateful!

voice chat is flickering and I can't hear anyone.
I do not know how it started but whenever someone talks in voice chat the icon of the person talking flickers in and out and I can't hear them speak. Anyone know how to fix this. I verify the steam files, snd_restart, uninstalled gmod and restarted my computer. Nothing works, does anyone know a fix for this?

Steam Settings > Interface > Beta participation and set it to "NONE".
