How do i fix this

I've been seeing this annoying issue where theres a duplicate distorted model of myself wherever i go, how do i fix this???

these are all the addons i have so if anyone knows anything that would be so helpful 🙏

Start by disabling a whole category of addons at a time until the problem stops. From there, it's much easier to narrow it down.
