Npc weird spawn glitch

When I spawn npcs there is a duplicate thats inside that doesn't go away unless I kill them

99.9% chance it's one of your addons, keep disabling/enabling them in groups/halves until you narrow it down to the addon(s) that cause this

look up binary search if you want to do so efficiently
