#What causes this facial/eye bug?

can anyone even see this?...
The eyes constantly and instantly switch between looking to their top right to straight ahead.
The face has a weird contorted expression that also flickers similar to the eyes.
These issues happen on all gmod models.
When I alt-tab or leave the game running for 2-3 minutes this weird bug just stops.
It's incredibly weird, because while alt tabbing the face/eye movements respond while my computer is focused on another window.
Gmod is still tracking my mouse movements out of game.
