So whenever i load into a server of my own i can't seem to be able to use shift sprint at all (I'll just slow to a crawl) However if i join my friends server i can shift sprint. Please can anyone halp me fix it. Also how do i make it so i spawn in woth a crowbar since that dosen't happen either.

Sounds like an addon issue. Try disabling all your addons and restarting the game, then see if that fixes it.
