Mic not working / Working at random times

I recently installed the game but my mic just does not work / works at random when im fixing it and then stops

And i did some tries and checked on the forum ect .. but to no results

In the steam VOICE menu (Steam > Proprieties)

My mic works

And on discord too (I launch Gmod while discord is off so it doesnt interfere)

But when i try the Mic on the INGAME-VOICE menu

Nothing is heard

And on the Ingame Mic-Test too

And it worked at one point for some time and then stopped working

Deactivating the "Silence the audio when app is running in the background" option made it work back and made my voice clearer but it stopped working after that

(My voice works in that setting)

But not on this setting or this one ingame

I use Chromium x86-64

But my mic was still working when i used it

By looking up on the forum i saw 2 things that i tried unchecking the EXCLUSIVES MODES and activated "Record My Microphone" in broadcast settings , but it still doesnt work clearly

I just noticed that when i restart the computer it works for some time before not working anymore
