blue light interrupts

whenever I play gmod, my screen emits too much blue light
It's hard too see, my eyes are in discomfort
how can I fix this?
windows night light setting doesn't help

also when I relaunch the game, it looks normally and there's no blue light thing, but when I alt+tab (I do this quite often for various reasons) and then return to the game, the light reappears

Try running the game in borderless windowed mode. You can set this under options > graphics
