#Addons not downloading - "Failed to parse addon file"

Right, since the bot deleted my image - 1 of my 7 addons is red and doesn't download. It states "Failed to parse addon file". However, my friend can download it completely fine. How do I fix this? Couldn't find a solution on youtube or anything

Yeah I know what that means, and I've done that. I have tried many methods and also saw that other people faced a similar problem before. Sadly, with no fix

then the addon must be just broken in some way (i.e. contains files that are not allowed in addons) and your friend is talking about a different addon that may share a similar name. Without a link to it or the console log its not possible to say with certainty.
