Game Bottle neck issue

I have reset garrys mod
I have reinstalled it
I have deleted every workshop addon
I have deleted the cache
Ive done so much i cant remember everything ive tride

its to do with a marital or something

It could possibly be that you're ram and cpu don't mesh well together, keeping you from avoid the bottle neck, or something might be taking up to much of the cpu or ram or both, limiting the game, I'd recommend checking both with task manager or try testing other high drain games to see if it's not the game itself
