instead of making clientsided models i made a particle that's just a 3d model

and i'm using the viewport to position it and angle it properly with the attachment

@hoary dome basically i couldn't get this to work and gave up pretty quickly because i fucking hate clientsided only code

so i made it into particle effects instead
