Addon not appearing in files when subscribing to it? | Garry's Mod | Page 1

I've resubbed, reset my game, reinstalled, and tried searching through my gmod files all multiple times... It JUST won't show up in my files anywhere, installed or uninstalled... Anyone got a fix or know what's causing this issue?

Other addons work for me, this one refuses to download even though it says it's installed.
