#Physics.smd not working or not changing the playermodels height/proportions

this is what the models is supposed to look like in game but is all stretched out into a human like structure
i have my custom physics but it seems to ignore it and loads up fine
im almost positive its this file with the random garble that is moving bones and such
but i dont understand a whole lot in there
more along the lines is how to make a character shorter and not streched like that
if i may bring up this qc files isnt mine i grabbed it from a addon i downloaded to have as a template
you’re trying to apply a nonhuman skeleton to a human animation set
use the proportion trick to modify the animation set to fit your new skeleton
not sure how to do any of that
Google it idk either lol
if anyone comes across this post and is interested in doing the proportion trick
