#Using heightmaps to create terrain for hammer/gmod?

I have some heightmaps and some terrain textures, I want to use them to create some maps for gmod. Any help is appreciated. I've made maps for quake mods before but not gmod so this is pretty new to me. MANY THANKS ALL.

There’s a third party program to generate a displacement from a height map. Can’t remember the name of it
