Help stabilizing rig, and also possible help with NPC Animations

Hi, I need help with this character im modding in, i've experienced trouble with trying to get the rig to work, I've used several rigs (taken from other mods), but they all turn out weird. I can provide additional screenshots. Also I was wondering if I could get some help with getting npc animations to work. Thank you that is all.

What you need to do is something called "Proportion Trick"

Because this model has a different proportion from the reference rig it won't turn out that well
