I want to play with people (those in the #looking-to-play channel), but I don't want to have randoms cluttered up on my steam friends tab. I've been looking all over the internet, but I can't find one thing that actually shows you how to get your local server IP and shows that it actually works. So, how do I get my own server IP? Or... how do I share a server without friending people on steam?

Every hosting service costs money, so I need a different way to do it. I have no credit card, only physical money
