I imported random model from cs:go into gmod, the model renders fine, but its stuck in T-pose, is there any guide how can I make bones compatible with gmod default animations?

decompile the model, and rename every single bone, then stitch it back together and recompile.

I would have to take working bones from gmod playermodel then parent the mesh to these bones and do all weight paint manually right?
