The title says it all. The 4 posters decal is just missing textures, and I absolutely don't know why. It's not only on the map I've taken a screenshot of (zs_deviations), but on every other that uses it.
Anyone knows what it is? Maybe it has some issues with Ep1 and Ep2 content, which I got from Source SDK base?

Do you have Half-Life 2 and the episodes mounted ?

Yeah, like I wrote, I have them both from Source SDK Base Singleplayer
It works, I even have access to the maps

Ok so actually it was related to the contents. I simply uninstalled Source SDK Base and the map looks right again
