Its not really an issue, but there is this blue triangle above my head and I was wondering how to remove it. It is also above NPC's heads.

in steam on gmod page in your library open the window where you select different branches like the 86x one and in the first tab should be a rectangle

type -noaddons or -noworkshop or something in those lines into that box
