hey i was wondering what mods u were using and are the death screams from Brutal Deaths?

Death screams is an add-on I haven't released yet.

The ammo HUD is Perfect Dark Zero HUD

#

The weapons is Modern Warfare 2019 weapons

#

The NPC spawns is zombie/NPC invasion+

#

NPC's ai is iNPC

#

And NPC's weapons is NPC weapons - true firepower unleashed

Also the syringes and quick grenade are vManip addons
