I have noticed that in single player games, I move unusually slow when walking and running and I want to know if I need to use a console command to change my default speed or if there are any well known mods I may have that screw around with your movement speed. I am guessing it is a mod tho because when I play multiplayer games with my friends, my walking running speed is fine.
