My account has been hacked for a year and once i got gmod on my new account the mods wont load even though i have the files. can someone please help me?

You have to re subscribe to them if it’s a different steam account

but how do i find the workshop pages for them

Ok, you know those numbers for the folders they’re under? They’re workshop ids. You can enter them as URLs

If it’s under /addons instead, the workshop id will be inside the gma somewhere
