Hitori ''Bocchi'' Gotou is a socially anxious girl devoted to playing the guitar with the dream of performing with a band on stage. One day she meets Nijika Ijichi, who invites Bocchi to join her band after their guitarist runs away before their first show. The story follows Bocchi and her bandmates putting their hearts into improving as musicians while Bocchi goes through important personal growth.
This is one of the most hilarious comedies i have ever watched (in and outside of the anime genre), with lots of gags, 4th wall breaks, references and absurd moments. With well defined characters and great direction, it is definitely a must-watch if you are interested in comedies.
