The 'Reduced difficulty unlock requirement in Endless: 35 → 25 minutes' isn't effective. I surrendered, and otherwise lost at 25 and 26 minutes on infestation 2, and didn't unlock infestation 3.
Also tooltips indicates Hard difficulty instead of previous infestation level

Yea, I had a hard time unlocking inf V, had to just do skirmishes, because endless wasn't working

I've altered the tooltip to better reflect the requirement, and I think that I see the reason for the difficulty not unlocking 🤔, now I just have to find a way to fix it :).
