Hi team
I have two projects on the free plan currently. On the cloud console i cannot access either of them, and one of my apps that is in production is not working at the moment.
I have seen some other similar errors where uses have gotten an e-mail but i haven't seem to have gotten one.

Hmm seems to be working now again. I did catch a single "err name not resolved" from the cloud console

Hi team. I am not an expert developer. It is a react-native app, i am just receiving an Appwrite exception on "network request failed" out of the blue from an app that has been working fine for a months time . I dont know how to produce a browser network console log from a smart phone. It is not to be a difficult customer, but i have tested out your free service for a while considering to go paid. Please help me have a look at your own logs

Thanks Steven. So i tried a couple of things. When running the app in expo go in a web browser, the app seems to work and network requests goes through. However, when running the app on either a simulator or a real phone in Expo Go - or production - it seems like i am only getting a "Network request failed" error from the apps error handler and no network requests in the debugger. I have attached an image.
I was considering whether some dependencies should be updated. But i am puzzled that it works in the web expo go version and not on a phone?

Switch to the network tab to get the network logs
