Collections show me this link to explain what the activity tab is for. https://appwrite.io/docs/products/databases/databases the documentation honestly is not helpful. There's no references to "Activity" on the page nor does search really give good results

it was a little hard for me to make the connection that "Activity" meant "Audit Log" so I dunno the naming could be more clear. Not that big of a deal IMO if it points to that doc
