Wow, the support is truly unacceptable. On Discord, more complex topics are simply ignored, and the so called "premium" support via email takes three days to respond. The responses provided are not even helpful.
I genuinely wonder how Appwrite, with such support and this level of reliability, is ever supposed to be used in productive environments.
