self hosted registration failed | Appwrite | Page 1

I have created a self-hosted Appwrite instance on DigitalOcean droplet.
I successfully got to login page by entering IP in the browser.
Then I got to registration page by link.
I filled out the registration form and submitted.
Nothing happens and Chrome console displays error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'validity')

on pressing Register, there is no request
