Hello I am very new to programming in general so be lenient with me I am trying to bild an IOS App with appwrite backend services. For this reason every time I try to install a podfile via cocoapods to get appwrite for my project I get an error output by the terminal and I havent found a solution althought I almost tried everything. My podfile looks like this:
platform :ios, '17.5'
target 'myproject' do
use_frameworks !
pod 'appwrite', '~> 5.0.0'
end
I tried this podfile in many different versions (w/ source, w/ Path, different ios versions and alot of other versions chatgpt told me.
Every time I run try to install the pod the terminal says this: [ ! ] Unable to find specification for 'appwrite...'.
I reinstalled cocoapods several times and tried among other things "pod repo update", "pod install --repo-update" etc.
I hope i just made a super stupid misstake and it can be fixed in seconds. Thanks in advance 🙂
