I noticed it especially tonight, the "Manual" entry in the menu says I have unlocked 100% of its items but I keep getting notifications for every single part of it.
It's slightly annoying to have these pop in the middle of maps and cover some part of it 🙂

Speaking of repetitive notifications, the action button notification that appears above the players head is there indefinitely while I play, and its random when it goes away.
