Milk wagon bugs

Firstly, you are not able to pick up a slime after placing it to the milk wagon.
We also faced issues when we were playing the Magma Boss. Because all of our Animals despawned, even those on the transport wagon.

Also: if you put something on a transport wagon and then store it in the Storage the stuff on it will disappear as well. Is this intended?
