I think whenever you are using the ghost engine any other ghost stuff should be removed for the run because it has become obsolete and just takes away a sopt in the shop for example (no more ghost wagon and ghost upgrade)

also if you delete the cartriges on any wagon which was on the train before at a smithing station it also removes the ghost upgrade (the now unlocked 4th slot seems to only be usable for the ghost upgrade so i dont know if this is intended)
