#Compressor Wagon

Excellent wagon! carries my runs especially with the storage pull and storage push extensions!
This does make me wonder if there will be more material types in the future..
As someone who played the first game I have struggled to see utility of this in a casual game. Not hugely clear what the benefit. Maybe some extra texts as to why it is helpful?
It compresses resources to denser versions, so if u have a ton of resources and no way to move them fast it can be useful to store them
You can have a looping mechanism. Storage <--> Compressor <--> Storage.
What do you get out of a compressed version? How many items does it compress? Do rails produce faster wind using compressed version? Have not gotten this wagon yet
Turns 5 into a single compressed resource, counts as 5
Usable 5 Times on crafting track
Usable 5 Times on crafting dynamite
Etc
5 Times the duration such as collector/miner
Etc
Compressed wood can NOT be used to bridge
And most importantly, automatic setup = 5 Times more storage
15 Stacks of wood? Nah-uh it's 75 Stacks
Oh thanks! That’s a bunch
When using the Compressor-wagon it would be nice if I upgrade it with auto push and pull for resources, that it would pull the resource that's more abundant from the storage wagon. I had it multiple times, that it would suck the resource away from the track factory wagon. In my head the priority should be:
- Pull the resource first, where at least 5 resources are available for compressing
- Prioritize resource pull, where there the storage wagon has the most from
- Don't pull a resource, where there is no already compressed resource and are fewer than 3 resources available.
I think the pull resources is good as is. Since you have both pull and push, the amount of resources you essentially have will always be the same... the only drawback that i see is if you have a bad resource management and the fact that it needs quite a few upgrades before it becomes useful
