We understand that some issues are not to be discussed in public channels and in some cases you might want to reach out to a mod or staff directly. There are 2 ways to contact us on Discord.

- When to use Mod Mail
IM Mod Mail (or Mod Mail in short) can be used for the following issues:
-Issues related to our Discord server.
-Loading issues in your game.
-Major game-breaking bugs.
-Feedback on our Support team.

Mod Mail can be found among the list of users on the right side. In order to send a Mod Mail, you can right click it and send a DM. Mod Mails are sent to a separate section on Discord where only
- When to use the report command
If you find any messages that are (borderline) inappropriate, you can use the -report command to report it to our team of mods. They will check the report and will decide if it's appropriate for our server. Mods have the ability to warn, mute, kick or ban. When your message has been moderated, you will receive a note explaining why it was moderated. However, if it is clear that a message was inappropriate, we might not give an explanation.

If you're having a technical issue in your game, chances are that we won't be able to provide a solution here. For these kinds of issues, it's recommended to contact our Support team. They have access to your game data and can help you with issues in your game.

- The team can help you in all languages that we have available in-game. The language team you're contacting will depend on the language you have selected in-game.
- For payment issues, in almost all cases we will need the Purchase Order that is sent to you by Apply or Google Play. Support will need to create a report for Devs to double check. Note that these issues can't be resolved with our first contact.
- On weekdays players will receive a reply within 24h, regardless of the language team they are contacting. But most of us are working in the UTC+8 time zone.
- On weekends the English support team will reply tickets within 24h, but other language teams are usually off.
- During public holidays in China there will be less support. It might take a bit longer to receive a reply from us. English support is not affected though, they will still reply within 24h.
