No ticking during sleep and own music

I want an option to turn off clock ticking sound during sleep and option to add your music mp4. I remember when before during sleep you could relax and listen to background rain, ship horns and dusty wind. But now its TICK TOCK TICK TOCK. Another thing would be cool if you could put your mp4 files and next time you turn radio in game it has your own music.
