"Fixes" a couple of issues with 1.0
Namely:
- Has an option to disable coverups due to reports that the coverup is pointed to the first murder location in a save, rather than the current victim.
- Automatically unlocks illegal businesses (ie Weapons Dealer, Black Market) because you can't give the password right now.
No thunderstore release as I don't expect this wil be needed for very long. Manual installation only
