Ah, thanks. I ended up closing it as I only had "long brown hair" and "member of sci fi club" to work from in the profile and I figured I would have more fun working other cases than being frustrated with this one.

just try to complete the cases,i have fallen for cases that were bugged and didn't complete them since they were hard,but not impossible,looking back at it its kind of a good idea to complete the more difficult cases since its way more fun than doing the same thing with the 4 cases each time.

You can't ask the dude who gave you the job for more info
