1:Does the tv weather thing work,it says 'it is suspected with heavy rain" is it real? or pre recorded and js plays?

2:is there a part of the code that gives a small chance for a murder to happen while the player is passing time sitting on something,i have seen videos of it and it also happend to me once while i was sitting in city hall,an enforcer died right outside.

3:how expensive are hair pins and paper clips in the world to cost 50$ from a weapon locker at city hall? or do they act like lockpicks or do they give u actual lockpicks?

4:why do whole trees move like those inflatable things at gas stations??

3: The prices are meant to reflect how much you can earn in crows. It is a different currency than any real world standard. If we made them incredibly cheap (as they are in real life) it would end up being to easy to fund enough for every lock in the game.
