You should only be able to sell items that you bought in your apartment. You are able to sell stolen things like diamonds or picked up stuff from the street.

This would be thematic at first but seems like it would get very annoying very quickly. My suggestion would be to make this the default but then add some way to enable the ability to sell to black markets from your house again. (Possibly the game needs a "criminal connections" progress, comparable to the social credit meter, advanced by doing criminal sidequests; this could be one of the rewards.)

As people have stated while this is a good suggestion i dont recommend it as selling stuff in your appartments can act as a hottix when pawn shop employees get bugged or murdered and cant go to work

at the very least selling from your house should be less than selling from in-person at stores
