You can wait them out and visit without danger when they work. You can knock and force a chase, then go in, door jam. You can sneak in and cuff people, giving you 2 hrs. You finally have a reason to use the vents, which they really need to fix that the vent maps disappear on loads.

imo, echelons brought very needed difficulty to the game. I can no longer just get beauty early and pay my way to victory everywhere.

You could choose to use the tried and true knock and bash. It is easier. But you can solve this problem without violence. And that is what the game advertised to me. Freedom.

I mean just simply talking to them. Ask if they saw anything. When idk their place of work I can't visit them.

They will not talk to me when I aggro them in any way.

I just mean simple testimonies which without force. Also I don't really want to wait in the G landing to wait for them all day long. especially when i don't have their face yet I might not even know who they are. With sneaking in through vents is violent as you force yourself in uninvited. And if yo are spotted people will attack you or switch the alarm.
