In criminal investigations, whether a person has a criminal record is taken into account. This does not mean that he is guilty. There are people without a criminal record who are criminals and the opposite. but it can be a good measure to suspect certain profiles. Perhaps saying specifically what kind of background they have would be very complicated, but I think this is a variable that in the real world is taken into account not to decide who is guilty but to suspect.

I haven’t gotten far into it, but from what I understand we don’t seem to be actual officers? So if we could gain access to criminal records the higher we get in the social point system I think that would give more reason to try and have a good standing
