X-Marked person clues should be omitted from the "Do you know this person?" menu

Having many people pinned on the case board makes the "Do you know..." list very cumbersome, and it can be tedious to remember which ones you already decided aren't valid targets by face and name alone.

Alternatively, the list on the "Do you know..." window could also include the red X to match the case board status.

I do agree that it should only show peeps from the currently selected case.
