It would be a low chance to see something odd in basement 1 and 2 floors either in person or in one of the cameras looking at them. With NPCs talking about it in ambient chatter if they saw it at some point in their schedule too.

What I think would be better, after this game is finished, to make an expansion called Shadows of Horror (or something) and turns the setting into a Lovecraftian mystery/horror game. Or, monster of the week style thing.

Pulp horror was typically done in a noir setting so that would be perfect for an expansion pack.
