I wanna see the apartment get used more for the player other than a place to just sit around in comfort. Much like the tutorial have people slide special cases under your door, mail them to you in your mailbox, or even through v-mail. Maybe v-mail can be used to give clues to the player during cases in their own cruncher. These cases don't have to be murders either. They could be stuff like side jobs like the new infidelity cases and such. Taking from another suggestion I saw maybe somebody is murdered (or maybe even just kidnapped) and somebody slips you a note asking for help because they're missing. I dunno, there's a lot that can be done with the apartment and I feel like it's underutilized right now.
