I was thinking that some times bots react really strangely to the players behavior: if they see you trespassing, they just kill you. What if there was some sort of scale on which bots determine how dangerous player is. So if a player is in a dark room fidgeting with a fuse box - dangerous, if it's a lit room - no danger. And so on. Also there should be a scale of reactions like yelling->fist fight->gun/knife or something like that.
