Hi! Big fan of the game thus far, and one of the things I've enjoyed about this game has been snooping on crunchers (though I wish they had more use outside of stalker cases & digging through profiles + databases, but that's another post), and I was wondering about the possibility of there being expanded uses for the crunchers you place in your apartment.
I've already seen some people suggest that they could be where you review archived cases, but I think they could have potential as a place to receive side job offers via V-Mail, in a similar vein to how you're directly contacted for the tutorial case. From there, you could accept or reject them (or ignore them for later).
It'd make more sense if you only began to receive them after hitting a certain social credit level. They could potentially be more lucrative than the ones you find in posted near payphones, but with the catch of being more difficult or time-sensitive.
It could also be interesting if there was some way to get V-Mails related to murder cases, though I'm not entirely sure what a lore-friendly or practical way for that could be; I'd be interested in hearing responses from others here if they have a better idea than I do for that!
